Subject: To All Homeowners at "Gatherings at Braddock Preserve" concerning BP Website

Dear Homeowners:

I am sorry to say that after 5 years (since March 2007) of doing the community website, the new board of directors decided not to renew my contract for 2012 and they have created a new website which you just received an email about today.

I had a great time doing this for the community and welcomed your inquiries and I was always there to help you answer your questions and concerns and directed you to the appropriate person to take care of your issues as well as put things out on the website for your convenience.  In addition to the website -  I also created the flyers, notices, etc. to email out to all of you as well as having hard copies delivered as part of my contract in addition to our actual website.

Since my contract has not been renewed -  I would like to take this time to refer all inquiries about your concerns about the new website, alarm system at club house and anything else about Braddock Preserve to our homeowner representatives, George Loomis and Ed Mitchell;  or our Community Manager from Target, Asya Kemper at 856-988-8000, ext. 311 or  akemper@targetpm.com

See you all around the neighborhood and it was my pleasure serving this community.

Arlene E. Litvin

P.S. - Based on the feedback from our community, I wanted to let you know what happened.

As you know,  was totally unprofessional the way I was treated and handled since I was not even the courtesy of any explanation from either the BPW board nor Target Property Management. As a matter of fact, I found out from a fellow homeowner who called Target that my contract was not renewed for 2012.
