This information is for homeowners use only.  It is not to be used to solicit business.

The hardcopy version will be distributed once a year but will be updated on-going along with electronic EXCEL version.

-  2010-06 Compliance Affidavit Form - For Existing Homeowners over 55  
             (homeowners are required to complete every 2 years - mgmt will update document and notify us)

Important - any documents from this site that you want to fill out, complete and send back - please make sure you save document to your computer FIRST  then update, save and send back.  DO NOT just type on document and send back - will not reflect your changes when emailed back  if you do it that way.

9 - Committee Information - includes members as well as Guidelines for committees - i.e. Architectural (ARC), Landscape, Social, Communications Committee, etc. (Note - this is not considered Confidential Info - therefore, you do not need user name/password to see this info)
